The Nordic Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka is excited to announce that the café, The Nordic Food Bar, will feature a specially curated menu by none other than Ai Ventura!
Ai Ventura has been sharing the magic of Nordic sweets for over 12 years, working in Sweden 🇸🇪 and across the Nordic region. As a pastry chef and cultural bridge between Japan and the Nordics, she has delighted many with her Nordic FIKA kits, recipe videos, and published books on Scandinavian baking.
Visitors to The Nordic Food Bar will have the exclusive opportunity to experience authentic Nordic sweets, crafted with Ai’s expertise in blending Japanese and Nordic flavors. The café will offer a selection of carefully prepared pastries and desserts, bringing the beloved FIKA tradition to the heart of the Expo.
