Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai Nordic Pavilion (hereinafter referred to as "the Nordic Pavilion") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 5 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

If the Nordic Pavilion is requested by the person to suspend the use of or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, the Nordic Pavilion will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

  2. Based on the results of the investigation, if the Nordic Pavilion determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it will promptly suspend the use, etc., of the personal information in question. The Nordic Pavilion will notify the user of its decision to either comply or not comply with the request without delay.

Article 6 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy.

  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Nordic Pavilion, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when it is posted on this website.
